Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Workshops

Overview

In response to requests from a number of CalHEN 2.0 hospitals, we have engaged a subject matter expert from the IHI to speak on their model for improvement and how to most effectively use data for improvement. 

This two-day workshop is being hosted by Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, and will be taking place at Sally Tomatoes in Santa Rosa.  Both days will begin at 8:30 AM (registration opens at 8 AM) and end at 4:00 PM.

  • Restate critical program elements to reduce repeat falls and preventable falls.

Overview

In response to requests from a number of CalHEN 2.0 hospitals, we have engaged an outstanding national expert to speak on patient falls prevention. Two workshops are taking place in April, one in northern California and one in southern California. Additionally, workshop attendees will be invited to join five post-workshop, one-hour coaching calls.
